Omaha High Low Poker Rules
It has the same rules as standard Omaha poker, but there are numerous ways of winning the sharing of the pot.
The winner of the Hi is the player having the best hand, as in Omaha and Texas Hold’em, but there may also be a winner of the Lo.
The Lo hand is a hand with 5 different cards under 9.
You can use two pocket cards and community board cards to improve your hand. In any case, you must use two player’s cards.
For instance 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 of any colour would be a Lo hand.
The lowest Lo hand is the winner of the Lo hands.
In case a player wins the Lo hand, the pot is divided 50/50 between the Lo and the Hi winner.
If there are several Lo hands, the Lo winner is determined by comparing the highest of the low cards, then the highest etc.
If there are two or more equal Lo hands, the Lo pot is divided in two.
